Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the "Feyz: Ezan Vakti, Sesli Kur'an" ("Application") mobile application.

Your access to and use of the Application is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you should not use the Application. The owner of the Application is Oğuz KOÇAK.

2. Pro Version, Subscriptions, and Payments

  • Features: The "Pro" version of the Application offers additional features such as an ad-free experience, background audio playback for Juz, and widget usage.
  • Payment Models: The Pro version can be accessed through a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a lifetime license via a one-time payment.
  • Payment Processing: All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, using the RevenueCat infrastructure. Your payment information is managed securely by these platforms and is not stored by us.
  • Managing and Canceling Subscriptions: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Application and its original content, text, audio files, graphics, features, and functionality (including the "Feyz" trademark) are and will remain the exclusive property of Oğuz KOÇAK, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Application, you agree not to:

  • Use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to decipher, reverse-engineer, or copy the source code of the Application.
  • Distribute, sell, or rent the content of the Application without permission.
  • Attempt to circumvent or cheat to access Pro version features.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". You acknowledge that data based on calculations, such as prayer times and qibla direction, may have minor deviations and that the final verification of this information is the user's responsibility. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Application.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Application immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Execution Offices of Erzurum.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes via an in-app notification when they become effective.

Kullanım Koşulları

Lütfen "Feyz: Ezan Vakti, Sesli Kur'an" ("Uygulama") mobil uygulamasını kullanmadan önce bu Kullanım Koşullarını ("Koşullar") dikkatlice okuyun.

Uygulamaya erişmeniz ve onu kullanmanız, bu Koşulları kabul etmenize ve onlara uymanıza bağlıdır.

1. Koşulların Kabulü

Bu Uygulamayı kullanarak, bu Koşullara bağlı kalmayı kabul edersiniz. Bu Koşulların herhangi bir bölümünü kabul etmiyorsanız, Uygulamayı kullanmamalısınız. Uygulamanın sahibi Oğuz KOÇAK'tır.

2. Pro Sürüm, Abonelikler ve Ödemeler

  • Özellikler: Uygulamanın "Pro" sürümü, reklamsız kullanım, sesli cüzleri arka planda dinleme ve widget kullanımı gibi ek özellikler sunar.
  • Ödeme Modelleri: Pro sürüme aylık abonelik, yıllık abonelik veya tek seferlik ödeme ile ömür boyu lisans seçenekleriyle erişilebilir.
  • Ödeme İşlemleri: Tüm ödemeler, RevenueCat altyapısı kullanılarak Apple App Store veya Google Play Store üzerinden işlenir. Ödeme bilgileriniz doğrudan bu platformlar tarafından güvenli bir şekilde yönetilir ve tarafımızca saklanmaz.
  • Aboneliklerin Yönetimi ve İptali: Abonelikler, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir. Aboneliklerinizi, satın alma işleminden sonra App Store veya Google Play hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir ve iptal edebilirsiniz.

3. Fikri Mülkiyet Hakları

Uygulama ve orijinal içeriği, metinleri, ses dosyaları, grafikleri, özellikleri ve işlevselliği ("Feyz" markası dahil) Oğuz KOÇAK'ın münhasır mülkiyetindedir ve telif hakkı, ticari marka ve diğer fikri mülkiyet yasalarıyla korunmaktadır.

4. Kullanıcı Sorumlulukları

Uygulamayı kullanırken aşağıdakileri yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:

  • Uygulamayı yasa dışı veya yetkisiz bir amaçla kullanmak.
  • Uygulamanın kaynak kodunu çözmeye, tersine mühendislik yapmaya veya kopyalamaya çalışmak.
  • Uygulamanın içeriğini izinsiz olarak dağıtmak, satmak veya kiralamak.
  • Pro sürüm özelliklerini atlatmaya veya hileli yollarla erişmeye çalışmak.

5. Sorumluluğun Reddi

Uygulama size "OLDUĞU GİBİ" ve "MEVCUT OLDUĞU ŞEKİLDE" sunulmaktadır. Namaz vakitleri ve kıble yönü gibi hesaplamaya dayalı verilerde küçük sapmalar olabileceğini ve bu bilgilerin doğruluğunun nihai teyidinin kullanıcı sorumluluğunda olduğunu kabul edersiniz. Uygulamanın kullanımından kaynaklanan herhangi bir doğrudan veya dolaylı zarardan sorumlu değiliz.

6. Fesih

Bu Koşulları ihlal etmeniz durumunda, önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın Uygulamaya erişiminizi derhal sonlandırma veya askıya alma hakkımızı saklı tutarız.

7. Geçerli Hukuk

Bu Koşullar, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabi olacak ve bu yasalara göre yorumlanacaktır. Bu Koşullardan kaynaklanan her türlü uyuşmazlığın çözümünde Erzurum Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.

8. Koşullardaki Değişiklikler

Kendi takdirimize bağlı olarak, bu Koşulları herhangi bir zamanda değiştirme veya güncelleme hakkını saklı tutarız. Değişiklikler yürürlüğe girdiğinde sizi uygulama içi bildirim yoluyla bilgilendireceğiz.
